From session to note

Transcribe

hpy transcribes the session in the background.

Draft

hpy drafts your note and tells you when it is ready.

Review

Read the draft and make your edits.

Get started

  1. 01

Sign in web.thinkhpy.com or the app

Use a one-time passcode by email or text, a magic link, Google, or Apple. You choose your role the first time.

  2. 02

    Try the sample client Clients

A client with made-up details is already on your caseload. It is left out of reporting.

  3. 03

    Set how you practice Settings

Drafts follow the modalities you list. Custom instructions apply to every note after you save them.

  4. 04

Add a client Clients > Add

Document on your own, invite the client, or invite them under a generated name such as Willow.

Every draft waiting on you is listed in Pending sessions.

Topics

  1. Open a client and start a session.
  2. End the session when you are done. Cancelling discards the audio.
  3. hpy drafts the note in the background. You can close the app.
  4. Edit the draft, then export it as a PDF.
  1. Confirm who is in the room.
  2. Capture a short voice sample for anyone not already on file.
  3. Record, then resolve any line hpy could not attribute.
  4. hpy drafts one note per member.
  1. Write an activity, or accept one hpy suggests from the session.
  2. Add up to six action items, then assign it. The client is notified.
  3. The client commits, then marks it complete.

Assigned›Committed›Completed

  1. Open a thread, or pick up a named one. History is kept.
  2. Type or dictate a question, or tap a suggested opening.
  3. Viv answers from your caseload only.

Viv does not diagnose, recommend treatment, or write to the clinical record.

  1. In Settings > EHR integration, pick your EHR.
  2. Enter your credentials. hpy validates them before storing them.
  3. Revoke them at any time from the same screen.
  4. The Chrome extension fills EHR forms with content from hpy. You submit.

Check that your agreement with your EHR vendor permits credential storage.

  1. Too short. The session fails and says why.
  2. Poor transcript. Reprocess from the stored recording. No need to record again.
  3. Draft failed. Reprocess for a new draft. hpy also retries on its own.

FAQ

Your caseload is the same everywhere you sign in.

No. Admins see counts and rates. They cannot open recordings, transcripts, or notes.

No. A notification says a draft is ready. Reading the draft requires signing in.

No. Payments run through Stripe, and card details go directly to Stripe. hpy stores a customer reference and your subscription state.

Cancel in the app. You keep access until the end of the paid period. A lapsed subscription does not delete clinical data.

You delete it yourself in account settings. hpy revokes sign-in and removes any audio still waiting to be processed.

Clinical records follow your practice's retention policy. For a record of what was deleted, email support@thinkhpy.com.
